By accessing or using Akila.Network's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these legally binding terms. If any part of the terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain valid and enforceable. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Terms of Payment

• Payment Deadlines: All payments must be completed as agreed upon before the start of services. Failure to meet deadlines may result in service suspension or termination.
• Late Fees: Payments not made on time may incur late fees, including interest at a rate specified in your service agreement.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cryptocurrency. Transaction fees may apply.
• Currency and Disputes: Payments must be made in the agreed-upon currency. Disputes regarding invoices must be raised within seven (7) business days of receipt.
• Service Reactivation Fees: If your service is suspended due to non-payment, additional fees may apply to reinstate it.

Reimbursements and Withdrawals

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds, including partial refunds, will be calculated based on the level of services already rendered. Administrative fees may apply.
• Cancellation by Either Party: Services may be terminated by either party with prior notice as agreed in your service agreement. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
• Force Majeure: No refunds or reimbursements will be provided for interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government actions.

Temporary Interruption of Service

• Service Suspension: Failure to comply with payment terms or other obligations may result in temporary suspension of services.
• Maintenance and Upgrades: Services may also be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or security improvements. Customers will be notified in advance whenever possible.
• Compensation for Downtime: Extended or unscheduled interruptions may qualify for service credits or other compensation at our discretion.
• Unauthorized Access: Services will be immediately suspended if any unauthorized third party gains access to the system.

The Act of Exchanging Information or Ideas

• Effective Communication: Both parties agree to communicate promptly and effectively through designated channels. This includes providing timely responses to questions and information requests.
• Confidentiality: Any sensitive or proprietary information shared during communications will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of delivering services.
• Agreed Channels: Official communication will be conducted via email, our support portal, or other designated methods. Informal communications, such as personal messages, are not binding.

Property that is a Result of Creativity

• Intellectual Property Ownership: Any intellectual property created during service delivery remains the property of Akila.Network unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided for use in our services do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• License Revocation: Unauthorized use of Akila.Network's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your license to use our services.

Liability Restrictions

• No Warranties: Akila.Network provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Limitation of Liability: Akila.Network's liability is capped at the total fees paid by you for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akila.Network and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the services.

Law that Governs

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Romanian courts.
• International Users: For customers outside Romania, you agree that Romanian law will still apply to your use of Akila.Network services.

Changes Made to Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or platform.
• Notification: You will be notified of significant changes to these terms, and continued use of the services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
